However if there is an order related concern i.e. the product reaches you in defective, damaged / wrong item is delivered ,you can write back to us email@example.com with supporting photos/videos. Once we receive your grievance , a thorough investigation will be initiated and the same will be reverted to you within reasonable time. Kindly note order related concerns are taken care only upto 7 days from the date of delivery. If the wrong order/size/design is placed or the item is damaged by the customer, then the customer has to bear the shipping cost
The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product with valid reason of return and approval. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account in next 7-10 working days.(excluding Saturdays/ Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Once an order is placed it can be canceled only within 6 hours of placing the order and the buyer is expected to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by mentioning their order id.
